JN AI Automations ("we", "us", "our") operates the website jnaiautomations.com and provides CEDE — an automated WhatsApp-based Google review collection system for local businesses in India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data in compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA 2023).
Under DPDPA 2023, JN AI Automations acts as a Data Processor — we process personal data on behalf of the businesses that use our service. The business you visited (the salon, clinic, or retail store) is the Data Fiduciary — they are responsible for obtaining your consent and instructing us on how your data is used. If you have questions about why your data was collected, contact the business you visited first.
From our clients (business owners): Business name, owner name, phone number, email address, Google Business Profile details, WhatsApp Business Account details, and payment information.
From our clients' customers (End Customers): Name, phone number, visit details (date, time, service received, staff member), feedback rating (1–5 stars), feedback text if submitted, opt-out status, and a consent record (timestamp, method, and staff name). This data is entered into our system by the business's staff — we do not collect it directly from End Customers without the business's involvement.
Automatically: Website usage data including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected via Google Analytics (GA4).
We use the information collected solely to: set up and operate the automated WhatsApp review collection system for our clients; send one WhatsApp message and one follow-up reminder to customers after their visit; route positive feedback (4–5 stars) to a Google Review link; route negative feedback (1–3 stars) to a private feedback form sent to the business owner; generate performance reports for our clients; process payments and manage subscriptions; and improve our services. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering this service.
We use the following third-party service providers to operate CEDE. Each processes data only for the specific purpose described:
ChakraChat (Chakra Technologies) — WhatsApp Business API provider. Sends and receives WhatsApp messages on behalf of businesses using our system. Data processed in Mumbai, India (AWS ap-south-1 region).
DigitalOcean, LLC — Cloud infrastructure provider. Hosts our application server (Droplet) and database (Managed PostgreSQL). All personal data stored in Bangalore, India (BLR1 data center).
Zoho Corporation — Provides the forms used for customer data entry and feedback collection. Data stored in India (Zoho .in data center).
Cloudflare, Inc. — Provides network security, DDoS protection, and secure tunnel routing for our application. Processes network traffic metadata only; does not store personal data from our system.
Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. — Payment processing for business subscriptions. Processes billing data of the businesses using our service — not End Customer data.
Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp) — Provides the WhatsApp messaging platform through which messages are delivered. Meta's data handling is governed by their own Privacy Policy at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy. Meta's data storage practices are outside our direct control.
We maintain Data Processing Agreements with our sub-processors. We will notify clients before adding any new sub-processor.
Message logs and visit records: Retained for 12 months from creation, then aggregated into anonymous statistics and permanently deleted.
Customer personal records (name, phone): Retained while the client's subscription is active, plus 30 days after cancellation, then cryptographically redacted — name and phone number are permanently scrambled and cannot be recovered.
Opt-out records: Retained indefinitely as a non-reversible flag. We must retain your opt-out status to ensure we never re-message you.
Feedback form submissions: Retained for 12 months, then deleted.
System logs: Retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted.
All data is stored on DigitalOcean's secured infrastructure in Bangalore, India. Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Our database encrypts data at rest by default. Our application server is protected by Cloudflare's Web Application Firewall and DDoS mitigation — no application ports are publicly exposed. Strict access controls limit database and server access to authorized JN AI Automations personnel only. Each business's customer data is logically separated — one business cannot access another's data. Automated daily database backups with 7-day retention are maintained. All API credentials are stored in an encrypted credential manager, never in plain text.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with any third party for marketing, advertising, or any commercial purpose. Data is shared only with the sub-processors listed in Section 4 above, solely for the purpose of operating our service.
All personal data under our direct control is stored within India — Bangalore (DigitalOcean) and India data centers (Zoho). This satisfies the data localization requirements of DPDPA 2023. Note: WhatsApp message delivery is handled by Meta's global infrastructure, which is outside our direct control.
Right to opt out: Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from our system at any time. We will immediately and permanently stop all messaging to your number. Variants including "stop", "unsubscribe", "opt out", "cancel", and "do not message me" are also recognized.
Right to erasure: Contact the business you visited to request deletion of your data. If unresolved, contact us directly at admin@jnaiautomations.com. Upon a valid erasure request, we will cryptographically redact your name and phone number from our system — this permanently destroys your personal identifiers while preserving anonymous aggregate data.
Right to access: Request a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
Right to grievance redressal: If your request is not handled satisfactorily, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India at meity.gov.in.
Our clients (business owners) are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from their customers before entering data into our system. Our intake form includes a mandatory checkbox confirming the customer has consented to receive a WhatsApp feedback message and is 18 years or older.
Anti-Gating Compliance: Our system routes unhappy customers to a private feedback form, but does not block or hide the Google review option. Both options are always presented to the customer, ensuring full compliance with Google's review policies and DPDPA 2023.
Our system is not intended for processing personal data of individuals under 18 years of age. The intake form includes a mandatory confirmation that the customer is 18 or older. If you believe data of a minor has been entered without proper parental consent, contact us immediately at admin@jnaiautomations.com and we will investigate and take appropriate action including data erasure.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make significant changes (such as adding a new sub-processor or changing data retention periods), we will notify the businesses using our service so they can inform their customers. The "Last Updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by JN AI Automations ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Nagularapu Joshi Kumar, a sole proprietorship based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By engaging our services, you ("client") agree to these Terms.
We provide an automated WhatsApp-based Google review collection system for businesses (retail, healthcare, hospitality, service). The service includes: WhatsApp automation setup and configuration; Google Business Profile integration; custom message template creation; private feedback form setup for unhappy customers; team training session (30–45 minute); system monitoring, optimization, and performance reports during the subscription period.
As a client, you agree to: provide accurate customer data (name, phone number) into the system daily; maintain an active WhatsApp Business account for the duration of the service; ensure your Google Business Profile is active and accessible; obtain appropriate consent from your customers before sharing their data; not use the system for spam, unsolicited messaging, or any unlawful purpose; and cooperate with the onboarding and training process.
Our WhatsApp automation service relies on WhatsApp’s official ‘Linked Devices’ (WhatsApp Web) feature. In line with WhatsApp’s security behavior, linked sessions may automatically log out after periods of inactivity and generally require re‑authentication (QR rescanning) at least once every 14 days, and sooner in some cases (for example, app updates, device changes, or network/security checks by WhatsApp). As these logouts are controlled by WhatsApp and not by our system, you agree to periodically rescan the WhatsApp QR code when prompted to keep your automation running.
We will: complete system setup within 7 business days of receiving all required information; monitor and optimize system performance during the active subscription; provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports; respond to support queries within 24 hours during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST).
Setup Fee: ₹5,000 (one-time, non-refundable), payable before setup begins. Performance Fee: ₹4,999, payable after system setup and before go-live. Subject to refund based on performance (see Refund Policy). Monthly Retainer: ₹4,999/month, billed via automated recurring payment (Razorpay subscription). All payments are processed through Razorpay.
The review target for your business is agreed upon during onboarding based on your monthly customer volume. The standard target is 50 new Google reviews in 30 days for businesses serving 20+ customers daily (approx. 600 monthly visits). For lower-volume businesses, the target is proportionally adjusted and documented in your service agreement (e.g., 300 monthly visits = 25 review target). "Reviews" are defined as new Google reviews visible on your Google Business Profile, measured as the difference between your review count on go-live day and the count on day 30.
The automation system, workflows, message templates, and all related technology remain the intellectual property of JN AI Automations. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the system during their active subscription period.
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the preceding 30 days. We are not responsible for: changes to Google's review policies or algorithms; changes to WhatsApp/Meta's policies; customer behaviour or review content; temporary service interruptions due to third-party API outages; or reviews filtered or removed by Google.
We may terminate or suspend service if the client: violates these Terms; uses the system for spam or unlawful purposes; fails to make payment within the due date; or provides false or misleading information. In cases of termination for cause, no refund is applicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
The setup fee is non-refundable once setup work begins. This fee covers: WhatsApp automation configuration, Google Business Profile integration, custom message template creation, private feedback form setup, and staff training. If we are unable to complete the setup due to a fault on our end, the setup fee will be fully refunded.
The performance fee is collected after system setup and before go-live. It is subject to a tiered refund based on results achieved in the first 30 days from go-live, provided the client enters a minimum average of 15 customer entries per day into the system.

Example: For the standard target of 50 reviews (for businesses with 20+ customers/day): 50 or more reviews = no refund; 40–49 reviews = ₹2,000 refund; below 40 reviews = full ₹4,999 refund.
Important: The refund is applicable only if the client has entered a daily average of at least 15 customer entries into the system throughout the 30-day pilot period. If insufficient customer data is provided by the client, the performance target is proportionally adjusted.
The monthly retainer is billed via Razorpay automated recurring payment at the start of each billing cycle. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Razorpay payment portal or by contacting us directly. Upon cancellation, the service will continue to operate until the end of your current paid billing period. After the billing period ends, the system will be automatically paused. No mid-cycle refunds: The current month's retainer is non-refundable regardless of when cancellation is initiated. Re-activation: If you wish to resume the service after cancellation, a new subscription can be started at the then-current monthly rate.
Performance Guarantee Applicability:
The tiered refund policy (Section 2) applies exclusively to the initial Performance Fee covering the 30-day pilot. It does not apply to monthly retainers. Once the pilot is successful and the service continues, the monthly retainer fee covers ongoing system hosting, maintenance, and monitoring. This retainer is non-refundable and is not subject to review-count targets.
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the refund being approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used. For payments made via UPI or bank transfer, refunds will be credited to the same bank account.
No refund is applicable if the service is terminated due to: client's violation of our Terms & Conditions; use of the system for spam or unlawful purposes; non-cooperation during setup or onboarding; or providing false or misleading information.
